To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Manage FAQ” button

2. From your site's Dashboard, click on "Add" then select the "Question/Answer" option

3. Each new Question/Answer must be associated with a category

4. Save and publish

You can edit or reorganize your FAQs and choose other categories whenever you want.

Yes. To add media, follow these steps:

1. Go to the app Settings

2. Click on “Manage FAQ”

3. Create or select the question you want to add media to

4. While editing your answer, click the video, image or GIF icon

5. Add the media from your library and then save

You can change the title from the app settings, under the "Display" tab. If you do not want to display the title, disable the "Show title" option.
