 - The tip of the blade is removed and reworked to become round. This greatly reduces the risk of injury!
 - The blade edge has been completely reworked from a double bevel to a single bevel. This is necessary to make clean, flat cuts (the flat side guides the blade into the wood).
 - The sharpening angle is revised (18°) and perfectly adapted to grafting.
 - Sharpened on one side only, you choose the model adapted according to whether you are left-handed or right-handed (essential choice).
 - Stainless steel blade for easy maintenance and excellent durability.
 - In addition, the safety ferrule (not present on traditional grafting tools) will allow you to graft in complete safety.
 The modified Opinel is an excellent choice for equipping yourself with an effective and practical grafting knife at a low cost. Some professional grafters swear by it.
