Plum tree "Mirabelle de Badoual"
(Prunus domestica)
Breton variety, renowned for being the best of all mirabelles!
Self-fertile, very productive, a variety with low development and therefore little space, large fruits with excellent taste quality.... WHAT ELES?
Do you love mirabelles? Look no further... this is THE variety for you!
The large fruits are pinkish-yellow, and offer medium-firm flesh, superbly perfumed with notes of honey.
So productive that thinning may be useful to prevent some fruit from being crushed and the branches from breaking under the weight of the fruit.
Ripening in August, harvest can last until September.
Self-fertile (fruits alone).
1-year-old scions sold bare-root (collection from December to the end of February).
Plants grafted onto Myrobalan Plum (very resistant and productive / adult height of 3 to 4m max for this variety compared to 4 to 6m on average).
