"Blood of Quimperlé" peach
 (Prunus persica)
 This is not an official name. The variety probably exists under another name, but I obtained my first grafts from a few specimens discovered in the commune of Quimperlé. It was therefore quite natural that I renamed it this way.
 The variety shows no signs of leaf curl or any disease, even in rainy years! I can therefore guarantee its excellent disease resistance.
 The fruits are of good size and wine-colored and covered with a grayish down. The flesh is very bloody, very colorful, very juicy, sweet and very fragrant (provided that the fruits are very ripe).
 Late maturity during September.
 Self-fertile but will produce much better if another peach variety is grown nearby.
 1-year-old scions sold bare-root (collection from December to the end of February).
 Plants grafted onto Myrobalan Plum (very resistant and productive / average adult height of 4 to 5m).
