Apple tree "Beautiful red flower"

 Synonyms : Whitsun apple, Mutterliesel.
 Origin : Alsace.
 History :
 Fruit Description : An old variety once very common in Alsace. Red waxy skin on a yellow background. Yellowish-white flesh, juicy and sweet with a sweet and refined aroma. Holds very well on the tree, does not wilt during storage.
 Use : Good apple for eating and baking.
 Harvest and maturity : From the beginning of December.
 Consumption : From January to May.
 Pollination : Cross-pollination.
 Disease resistance : Susceptible to canker in wet conditions.

 - M106 : For outdoor apple trees. Adapts to almost all soils and is particularly well-suited to Brittany. Resists root asphyxiation very well and attracts very little woolly aphids. Good rooting, which gives it good resistance to vole attacks.
 Fruiting fairly quickly in 3-4 years.
 Lifespan: 60 years and over.
 - M26 : For trained or low-stem apple trees, ideal for small city gardens. Small apple tree (3m) with very rapid fruiting (2-3 years). Not suitable as a tree for outdoor use due to its weak root system (but much better than M9) unless it is well supported for life.
 Lifespan 40 years and more.
