"Lidi" vine
(Vitis vinifera)
The Lidi vine (originally from Hungary) is a very early variety!
In addition to being very resistant to fungal diseases (mildew, powdery mildew, etc.), it is very resistant to cold and will therefore adapt to all gardens, even at altitude.
Lidi offers bunches of grapes that can weigh up to 400g, with oval, pink berries that are appreciated for their high sugar content.
Well known in Eastern Europe but still not very widespread in France, the Lidi variety truly deserves its place in French gardens.
Early variety allowing outdoor cultivation in Brittany.
Grow it in a greenhouse for an even earlier harvest!
