"Palatina" vine
(Vitis x vinifera)
The Palatina vine (originally from Hungary) is a very interesting variety!
Resulting from an interspecific cross, it offers excellent resistance to fungal diseases (mildew, powdery mildew, etc.) as well as exceptional tolerance to cold (-20°).
Palatina produces fairly small (around 200g) and loose bunches, but its berries are large, very sweet, with notes of muscat and very crunchy. Round and golden yellow in color, this grape is visually very appetizing.
Ideal for enhancing your dishes!
Early variety that can be grown outdoors in Brittany.
Grow it in a greenhouse for an even earlier harvest!
