Blackcurrant "Bigrou"
 (Ribes nigrum)
 Description : Bigrou offers tangy and sweet fruits, less fragrant than other blackcurrants (but still very good) and is one of the best varieties for gemmotherapy (use of the buds).
 Exposure : Non-burning sun to partial shade.
 Soil : All soils, not too chalky.
 Harvest period : July
 Hardiness : Up to -20°C.
 Adult size : Up to 1.5m high and 1m wide
 Pollination : Self-fertile
